This is a beginner's course aimed at the complete novice. The course will provide an understanding of all the main styles of wine and how to assess them and write accurate and meaningful tasting notes. You will learn the principles of wine and food pairing and how to use the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting to analyse wines objectively and consistently.
The course runs over one day starting and 9.30am and finishing at 5pm and includes 2 coffee breaks and lunch.
The course is examined by a closed book paper featuring 30 multiple choice questions.
